About Bachmann
Steve Bachmann, AB (Harvard), MFA (UNO), JD (Harvard), has represented many organizations working for social change as an attorney. He is also co-founder of The New Orleans Art Review.
He has written scores of law review articles and several books over the years, including THE U.S. CONSTITUTION FOR BEGINNERS (Writers & Readers Press, 1987), illustrated by Pulitzer prize winner Joel Pett; PREACH LIBERTY (Four Walls Eight Windows, 1990); NONPROFIT LITIGATION (John Wiley & Sons, 1992); LAWYERS, LAW AND SOCIAL CHANGE, (2001) published in conjunction with the ACORN Cultural Trust and Unlimited Publishing LLC; and three books of art criticism, titled SIMULATING SEX: AESTHETIC REPRESENTATIONS OF EROTIC ACTIVITY (2002) and BEYOND NOLA: NEW ORLEANS REVIEWS OF ART (with Terrington Calas, 2002), both published in conjunction with The New Orleans Art Review, and Unlimited Publishing LLC.
